Tommy;

You have yet to answer my first two questions.

Another thing I thought of: If the damper oil is infact engine oil (and much heavier than the 5-10weight specified...I use ATF or Marvel Mystery...I've never used the official SU), it will cause a richer mixture during accel...if the dampening valve has a problem, or dashpot has a problem lifting, this will also cause a richness...you would notice this when doing the dashpot dynamic inspection I suggested.
