Rough Idle - SU problem? 120-130

I pulled the floats out tonight, cleaned the chambers up (there was a bit of a sandy substance on the floats, so I guess the previous owner didn't clean these out too well or the fuel filter needs to be changed again... I adjusted the floats and put everything back together and the mis is still there.
