I upgraded the B18 engine in my 1967 Volvo 122S Amazon to a B20.
For Sale is a used, well maintained Volvo B18B engine with approx. 44,000 leisurely miles since refreshed/rebuilt in late 1996. Includes flywheel and clutch assembly. (Clutch was replaced in April of 2016 , less than 9,500 miles ago). Block and all internal parts were cleaned , degreased, cylinder walls honed, (rebore was not needed), regrind crankshaft, polished, (M+.010; R+.020) new IPD cam bearings installed, new rod and main bearings installed, new rings, IPD 7001 Street Performance Cam, IPD Lifters and pushrods, performance valve job, cylinder head resurfaced .080” off, hardened valve seats installed. Last compression test results taken on 11/24/2021 were as follows; #1 -150psi; #2 - 160psi; #3 - 155psi; #4 - 160psi |
