The 247hp engine was introduced last year in the 2001 V70T5, based as you say, on the S80 platform. When the S60 came out later in the year (also a 2001 model), it too received this engine in its T5 incarnation. As for a 260hp version, I've done a little checking around and can't find one sold in North America. Maybe a European model?
