I'd have to agree with the other poster--you're being a bit optimistic with the HP gains on an S60 T5. Sure, it may come stock with 260 HP but to get it over that magical 300+ HP is no small feat. The S60 T5's engine looks like it hasn't received much of any beefing up compared to the last 850/S70 inline 5 engine so HP is automatically limited to around 310 at the crank. To get beyond that, you'd have to look into beefing up a lot of different parts of the drivetrain (clutch, gearbox, con rods, etc.) That friend you speak of with the 854T has pretty much met his engine's limit--trying to push things beyond that without stronger rods and the like could mean di$a$ter. You know the game, play to have fun but if you play too hard, the game will bite you back in the ass.
