To be totally honest, because of the people I've been hanging around with, blown engine and trannies aren't a big deal anymore.

If you want to play, you gotta pay.

As one guy at the shop put it, if you want to go faster, you will need more power, and when you get more power, you will break things. And when you get a stronger piece, you'll want more power, and then you'll break that one too.

These guy's don't *ick around with 300hp. Most of them are in the 650hp range and toying with single digit 1/4's.

I guess the concept of engine and trannies being expendable is rubbing off on me.
