Steve - thanks so much for your constructive assistance. If you know so much about the S80s, how come you don't own one?

It never fails to amaze me how there can be so many people willing to accept mediocre treatment. As long as these people are out there, Volvo dealers will never learn how to service owners of a "luxury sports sedan". If they can't service them - Volvo shouldn't be selling them as "luxury" anything. That's the point!
