Something else to consider... 140-160

The phenolic spacers are very necessary for these carbs to draw A/F mixture well, making the flow path longer.

Yeah, I found that out recently... Much to my dismay. The spacers I had though were only about 1/8" thick, so they weren't that large anyway. I will probably look into getting some 3/8" spacers.

And yeah, I'll look into configuring some sort of heatshield as well. I probably won't have some sort of heatshield worked out by the time I go to the dyno, but I'd like to grab a spacer first.

And the filters... Hmm, I think you convinced me, but that'll be ~$100 so I don't know when/if that'll happen. Thanks for the ideas man!
