Something else to consider... 140-160

I'm having trouble pictureing what you're describing... Do you have a picture of this setup? And is it still getting cold air? I was just talking to Fidel yesterday, and I'm considering getting an airbox from TWM because it is deeper and will allow the carbs to breath a little better, and then it has a much larger hole for the out front piping to a front mount filter. That'd probably be the route I'd take, unless I can come up with something that allows the air to be cool around the air intake inside the engine bay, and that way still keep the sound coming from them SUs... Beautiful sound... I've never heard it like I hear it now, it sounds great. Very loud, very mean without the top of the airbox on there, I'd LOVE to keep that sound. Or, actually, make it better and louder with a head that has 44mm intake valves and has been worked on and a hotter cam... Hehehehe >:) Evil laugh...

And I guess I'll have to quit messin around and get my hands dirty on that distributor too...
