Automatic Trans Electric Gremlins 200 1987

Corky: Thanks for the info, but my question is whether or not the solenoid is normally "hot" or not. If the default mode of the thing is cold, and that allows the OD to work, then I won't worry about it too much. However, if the solenoid is normally powered, an this is the only way that I can get top gear, that's another story. My guess is it's powered only for lockout, which makes me think I have a hot short, or a bad relay. By the way, Dick, above, says that the relay is on the fuse panel. You have it behind the glove box. Which?
