Hi Greg:

You can re-use the mounting bracket that was used to hold the old pump. Once you get in there you will see how everything is held together. Very easy to take apart and put back together, just a few screws as I remember.

Probably a good idea to replace the rubber hose between the pump and the pick-up tube as these tend to de-grade and leak.
