testing fuel pressure regulator

Pull the front (vacuum) line off and check for NO gas. Take the rear (gas return) line off and gas should be pouring out. If either of these fails I think it means you have a problem. This is how I understand the situation but use caution with the gas line and check my advice against other sources.
