Restore 200 1988

I had set of coronas with the non painted edges and ridges. The clearcoat had failed around the edge and the aluminum edge started to get ugly. I stripped the entire wheel using some Aircraft paint remover. Took a while to strip 4 wheels completely. Then were sanded, cleaned with metal prep, painted with primer, then wheel paint, Argent Silver. All products from Eastwood. 3 coats of paint and 3 coats of clear. 10 years later the finish on those wheels looked amazing. But it did take me some time to do it right. I have a set that i sent to WheelCollision in Pa. for refinishing and they do excellent work. I've done virgos, much easier.
