It would help to have more info, such as, what does 'restore' mean to you? You only mention engine/mech things, is the rest of the car in good/exc condition, or does it need interior, paint, trim bits, suspension, etc etc...
And why do you need the engine/trans, and esp the ecu? If that is bad, how did that come to be or how did it come to be known?
