I was unaware that the cylinder SHOULD taper from bottom to top!
How much? I don't recall seeing this in any manuals. Is this for friction reduction,
to keep the rings from sticking, or what?
Many thanks for the info!
I am on my way home to NE Oklahoma from a week-long lung evaluation in Denver.
The 4500 foot difference in elevation has been particularly rough! Used LOTS of oxygen.
Looks like they will be able to do me some good. I'll get the full report in a couple weeks.
