b230ft engine swap 1989

The 93 is 93mm for diameter of the shaft, and the 110 is for 110mm diameter bore. The 7 or 10 are for 7mm or 10mm thickness. The seal lip will be the same for 7mm or 10mm. Either seal will work. I see no difference between higher and lower mileage Elring seals for B230 engines.

Some seals sit in a bore with a seat, and thickness can be important there.

I still recommend the Volvo rear main seal. It fits tighter to the crankshaft and, as near as I can tell, is made of better material. How bad do you want to do this job twice? Bad enough to try to save on the rear main seal, only to have to do it again and then buy the better seal?
