Excessive engine vibration at idle V70-XC70 2005

same thing is happening here in my 1995 Volvo 850 5 speed N/A (non-turbo) with 196 K miles.

Mounts are fine. AIC, throttle body, and MAF have been cleaned.
New Champion plugs gapped at 0.028. Recent distributor, rotor, wires.

Other things that I might suspect at pcv and intake manifold gasket.
I've been living with this vibration for 2 years.
