I'm late to the party, but I wanted to point out something (that won't help the poster)
The upper rear engine mount fails on these prematurely, just like it did on the 850's. There is an aftermarket design (not poly) that replaces the OEM. When my indy shop owner ordered one, it turned out to be the OEM. His mechanic (a fomer Volvo dealer mechanic) told him to reorder from somewhere else. I can't remember the name of the manufacturer ):.
Just wanted to point out that there is a better design, without being poly, that is supposed to last longer.
This vibration issue intrigues me - I also have an '05 2.5T with a slightly rough idle...
