I have also not been able to find a faulty mount. Plugs are new and runs great. My car symptoms are VERY similar to yours. No codes are generated. I had a certified Volvo tech that I have known for years check it out. He is also stumped. I'm very interested to find out the results of your MAP sensor replacement.
