Mine are in the same place as Sophie's Maintainer's . They're kind of inline with passenger's shins, behind the carpeting. I pulled one of mine out and there was rust around the terminals and wire connectors. I was able to clean it off with a copper brush and some quick dry electronic cleaner. Stuck it back in and the car purred like a kitten. Replacement may not be required.
