Frankford,
Thanks. Unfortunately, He's not very well mechanically inclined. I've been doing car stuff for the last 30 years, but with the advent of more complex electrical systems, it's a new learning experience. Basically I'm a hack, that, if given proper direction, I may be able to work myself out of a problem. Most mechanical stuff isn't a problem, electrical stuff is, and then there are all these relays and stuff. Not to sound like a Volvo basher, but I've had far fewer problems with cars of other makes. Please don't trash me. I bought this car for $3000 and planned on it being a second or spare vehicle. His Honda proved way less than reliable with 280k miles.
So, in 2 or 3 weeks, I'll try to head to the Morgantown mudpit again and this time I will drop the Honda off for him, (my Honda, the reliable driver I've had for 5 yrs), fix the trailer iring problem on the Suburban, and haul it home to the garage queen place here. Yipee.
