B230FT not starting.

Could you have possibly mixed up the electrical connectors for the Knock Sensor and the Coolant Temperature Sensor?

You shouldn't have had the Knock Sensor connector off, since the Knock Sensor is on the engine block. The connectors are identical except for color, and can be mixed up.

Knock Sensor wires are green, and Coolant Temperature Sensors are gray and black.

Are the ground wires connected at the intake manifold? They normally go under the fuel rail mounting bolts. Poor connections can cause a no start problem
