If you've been cranking this puppy a lot with fuel squirting into the cylinders, you might have washed the oil seal off the cylinder walls. This will lower your already low c/r, which might result in no ignition.

Try a squirt of clean oil in each plug hole.

When it starts, expect CLOUDS of smoke for 5-10 minutes.
