Power Steering Bias? Easier to turn one way? 200 1986

The pull to the right is very similar to before the job was done. The tie rod ends are original 'I think' The had no play and the boots were good so I left them in. I still have a low speed clunk patricularly when turning??
Any Idea what that could be? I thought worn bushings?
