Oil scraper ring question 200 1988

What brand rings are they? It's strange that on their instructions they would have both of these oil scraper rings on one side and it would be nice to verufy with the manufacturer that it is a goof in the documentation. Also, I usually install them with the scraper ring end-gaps 180 degrees apart, but this is also usually explained in the ring set documentation.
