Auto trans swap...is this possible? 200 1980

Maybe I wasn't clear (which is very possible), but the trans I am getting from the 760 is mated to it's 6 cyl. inline Turbo Diesel...

The 240 is the "natrually" aspirited inline 6 cyl. diesel.

Given that the engines are the same type in both the 240 and the 760 (minus the turbo), is it possible to swap the overdrive automatic trans from the 760 Turbo Diesel 6 cyl. into the 240 Diesel 6 cyl. without too much trouble?
