Making a turbo engine last as long as a NA?

Does anyone make a volvo specific kit for the dual remote oil filter set-up? Does having a remote oil filter set-up increase the likeliehood on leaks significanlty? I know IPD once had a remote oil filter set-up but no longer, who made the kit for them?
