so are they ALL prone to water leaks?

Hello,

Yes our 240's are leaky, at times I try to patch mine up sometimes with sucess only to find something else that is leaking.

As a general rule, if it's affecting some vital system (ie overheating, substantial loss of oil) then fix it. Otherwise... let it be... trying to fix that small oil leak may result in a much lager expensive one...
