Please, help with ECC 700 1986

Hello Steve:

Thank you for your replies. The mechanic tells me he checked with a manometer vacuum check valves, hoses, vacuum tank and vacuum motors. He tells me all those hold vacuum as they should, but the ECC programmer at the transducer does not hold vacuum. Any thoughts on this? Best regards.
