Yes, the mounting points are there for the gate. On either side of the roof trim roughly above the rear seat back are two plastic panels, about 2x5". Remove these to access the cargo gate mounting points. If you have a third seat, this is where the seatbelts mount, so you can't have both. Pop the panels out, attach the mounts, install gate. The only thing thats not predrilled/threaded is the mounting for the retainers that hold the gate against the roof when not in use or to the seatback when in use. Simply drill and install with self tapping screws.
