How do I avoid DEER? ALL 89

My drive home about, 30 miles of rural country road, around 2-4 am is full of deer. I usually see about 1-2 on the side of the highway every night. Spot the eyes reflection. Last night came really close, thank god it ran away from the road as I hit my brakes. I did hit a little wheasel the other day as road kill.

Three years on the same road, same time I hit one one in my 740 turbo. All I saw white. Which turned out to be my hood, as it came up all the way.

So I'm super paranoid. I do have the whistle things installed, anything else out there.
