Probably everyone one will recommend turbo gas......but I have Pro Gas on my 745 and think they are perfect...I also have IPD bars and Pirelli P6000's.
I have KYB's on my 242 Turbo, and had them on the back of my 244GL.
The Pro Gas is the perfect shock for the rear of a wagon, as they get stiffer as they are loaded. So you get good ride and control when unloaded, but enough damping as you load the car. I have them on the front also but they seem a bit stiff there...
The KYB's did not damp as well as the Volvo Sport shocks i replaced them with.
I think an optimum combo may be Pro gas on the rear, Turbo gas on front....but if that sounds too ridsky I'd recommend Pro gas all around.
BTW...Pro gas will obviously NOT work on lowered cars as they will detect the lowered position as a heavy load and be much too stiff.
