Thanks norfleet. I found one metal relay that clicks when I turn on the ignition and one looks-like-relay made of gray plastic that doesn't. Now fuse 13 (relay fuel injection) has current but 5 (in-tank pump) doesn't. Guess I'll wait for the Volvo LH-Jetronic book I ordered to arrive. I appreciate the help!
