I'd go with option #1. It uses a motor that is not going anywhere anyway. The 1800 kind of sounds like it is bound for the crusher, so one less thing to strip. It's not original to the GT, so being a B20 nor the fuel injector ports matter. Its use does not impact other projects. It was a sound engine ad would make a running car.
