MPG decrease - Injectors, wiring harness? 700 1986

Brakes were checked last year for dragging measuring heat on rotors, and shop pumped 2 quarts through system to get all air out (standard fluid).

34mpg! That isn't a stock car! Even stock 240s don't get that high. Also, probably a manual shift, and absolutely the 2.4 version of LH which was adaptive and generally improved over 2.2 like my car.

I'm still bitter that my 740 isn't as gas efficient as my old 240. 700s before LH 2.4 are one of lowest MPG Volvos, see http://www.fueleconomy.gov
