Mike, thanks for weighing in. As of today's box deliveries, I have the two headlights, trim strips, the slightly wider front grill that an e-code front end uses. I ordered new e-code corner lights for the project, so I can't start the project until these arrive.

The wiring looks to be a bit more challenging with the odd-looking four- and three-prong plugs. 940s and 960s are not all that common in the junkyards these days, but I plan to get everything ready before I start.

Today I tested the new grill and trim pieces on the car. It looks like I have to unbolt some things to get the new grill in place...
