Nice John, I made the same grille! Your hood lines up better than I had thought it might with the grille edge. The lower part of the headlight comes out at more of an angle so it covers a bit more of the bumper, but that doesn't seem to matter in your pic either.
How did you do the turns/markers, separate bulbs or just leave the stock bulb in one?

Other donor cars include 89-90 760, and some early 960 with that same headlight/foglight arrangement. Also 91 940SE.
