After my post here I Surfed around to find exactly what you mentioned. I wonder if the Head Gasket is an ongoing issue or if it is replaced, it will be good thereafter. This is the N/A 2.5 we are talking about.
My son looked at the car, it has had the Head Gasket done. not sure how many miles ago.
I am confident that the owner is not trying to 'onload' a disaster but at 200K miles I'm not sure what is about to show up. I do not feel like having to jump into a mystery car with both feet. I was concerned with the All wheel Drive, with that many miles, since it's all new to me. Spark Plugs... what is it with all these new cars that they feel like it's acceptable to bury all the maintenance items?
