I hope so, but it is beyond logic of mine why a bad O2 sensor would cause a car to stall. You can unplug the sensor and the car will run quite normally. This is because the ECU has a .542 bias voltage, which it uses when the sensor is warming up, or disconnected.
The fuel filter is a more likely candidate, although this should have shown up if fuel pressure tests were run.
