FCP Groton Customer servive ???

As with all of us, we can only speak of our own experiences. I have ordered from them twice in the last month. I ordered online on Monday or Tuesday night and UPS would have it on my doorstep by Friday. The orders were correct. The parts that mattered were name brand but I checked in advance. I am happy so far. I work in retail and know firsthand that mistakes will happen. The difference is how they are dealt with. In the past I have ordered from ipd and have been happy there too. The only problem is not thier fault. I live on the east coast so the shipping can get expensive and slow. However you don't have to worry about inferior parts. The staff is knowledgeable about the 240s. Anwsers get hazy on PVs but I suppose the youngest PV is older than they are.
