FCP Groton Customer servive ???

I hope that I'm not over reacting. FCP Groton's customer's service leaves something to be desired. I placed an order for several items and asked for priority shipping because I needed to get this work done by this weekend. My wife hates me using her car. 5 minutes after placing my order I remembered that I forgot to order a crank sensor. I called back and spoke to the same salesman and asked if he could add this part to my previous order, he said yes. I asked if it would go into the same box as my previous order if not I would pay for priority shipping for this item also. I didn't mind paying twice because I'm the one who forgot to order it. He said yes it would and rushed me off the phone. I receive the order and find no crank sensor and also missing a gasket. I call back and spoke to the same salesman and explain the problem. He quickly proceeded to tell me that the crank sensor went out regular shipping and I should expect it in about a week. I informed him that I needed that part that's why I wanted it shipped priority. He then started to tell me that they are doing me a favor because they only make a couple of dollars off that part any way. He then stated that the gasket is very small and I most likely lost it but he would send one out U.S Postal mail. Now I know that my order was no "high dollar" order but it was paid for with good hard earned money. FCP Groton has excellent prices and I hope to continue to do business with them. Is this the type of customer service that Volvo customers deal with? Or is there a business out there with fair prices and good customer service? All of my previous experience is from working on Mopars. I have had the pleasure to deal with some very good companies. Such as Summit, Jegs, Mancinni Racing, Muscle Motors, P.A.W. and Randy's ring and pinion. Summit made a mistake once and could not stop apologizing and sent me a free t-shirt. I once bought super stock leaf springs for a race. On Friday the UPS man only delivers 1 leaf spring the other is later to follow. Mancinni apologized said that they sent them both out together. UPS fault not theirs but I was still pretty pissed. Mancinni called around and found a local Dodge dealer who had a pair in stock and told me if I didn't mind going there and picking them up they would pay for it. I would just have to send theirs back (they paid shipping). I bought I pair of aluminum racing cylinder heads from Muscle Motors a few months later they e-mail me just to ask how are the heads working for me. Business like this have customers for life even if they are more expensive sometimes. I'm not asking for automotive handouts but some respect and courtesy would be nice.
