FCP Groton once sent my oxygen sensor to the wrong address as I was preparing for a road trip. They sent me another one, no charge, and trusted me to send back the extra one when I got home, three days drive away. The guy was kind of short with me as if he had better things to do but they came through for me. Be very clear with them if you have a deadline and they'll work with you. All my other orders with them have been ok. I'm about to get a fuel pump from them.
