It is confusing 120-130

I can't help but think that using thicker oil in the dash pots is nothing more than a band aid to cover up some other problem.

Why? The oil is a legitimate tuning element, just like needles and springs. Webers have a half dozen parts to swap just to get the enrichment right when opening the throttle. Am I "compensating" for something that's wrong if I change the pump drain size on a Weber?
