240 1988 Odometer does not work.... how difficult is it to change out?

My odometer on my 88 240 quit... I was suprised to find out that my speedometer still works but my odometer does not... I'd really like to see the car turn over 300k but it is stuck on 254K.. Is it a difficult repair? Thanks, Jennifer

240 1988 Odometer does not work.... how difficult is it to change out?
