Seriously?
The pump used in Regina fuel is a two-stage high pressure pump. The tank pumps VDO and AC built for the Bosch fuel are just centrifugal pumps. They might look vaguely similar in that they're both packaged in flimsy made-to-live-indoors aluminum beer cans, but they aren't installed the same way, electrically terminated the same, nor plumbed the same. I think it would be a measurement mistake to read as much as 22 psig from one of these centrifugal pumps.
If this mix-up is really something that has been done before, show us pics. Wild.
