When or should I change front and/or rear wheel bearings? 200

I agree. Pushing grease into the cap is pointless - it just gets churned around by the nut and then leaks out over the wheel. Undo the nut and pull the whole assembly off, clean out the old grease if it looks black and horrible, and put some new in the space betwen the two sets of races.
If you do this every 100-150,000 miles they last for ever - well 405,000 miles so far.
