I got a stethoscope and went listening for a vacuum leak. Nothing heard up front around the engine.

However, the sound coming from inside the fuel tank is weird. You can hear the steady purr of the fuel pump, but much louder is a "glug, glug, glug..." sound. I wish I could attach a sound file -- will try. Nope...only accepts image files.
