Good that you can read values off the scanner, much easier that way..
the vacuum line is the one that goes off the intake manifold, not the tree, to the radiator fan area where it connects to a device (the purge valve, which also has an electrical connector) then down under the air pump and to the wheel well, where the evap canister is.. So i believe the one you mentioned is correct.
I believe you can pull any non-critical line (remember you pulled it if you get additional codes). I don't know if the line that goes off to evap is because its a bigger hose or if because air pressure there will have become 'uniform' by the time it gets to the fpr as its further upstream of the tree.
Probably too lean due to vacuum leak somewhere. It's always nice to have those emergency fixes.
