Problem with electricity 850 1992

previous owner was a wannabe streetracer, but problem with ICV came after engine replacement when I washed new engine. Before that i had once or twice a prob when vent drained my battery after parking. didn't stop.
It remembers me, that heater blower sometimes stops when I switch ignition off, sometimes not.

OK. I'll try not unplug things anymore when car is running, if i get solution for my problem.
