Problem with electricity 850 1992

You do have a wiring problem. Check the wiring on top of the radiator where the relay for the engine fan is located. It sounds like a hot wire is being shorted to ground so that the idle control motor is getting current.

You also need to look at the red wires coming off the battery. Follow them as far as you can and make sure they are not rubbing against metal.
